    Free Lunch From Now Through October 20

    Due to the impact Hurricane Irma has had on our community, the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services has granted the Osceola School District's waiver so that starting Monday, September 18, no student at an Osceola District school will need to pay for their lunch until October 20th.

Back to School Information
Student drop off/pick up is available at the Greenbrier Gate, the Campus Street Loop (K-2nd grades and siblings), the Mulberry Gate and the Gym.  Drop off begins as early as 8:25. Gates close at 8:50 and classes begin at 8:55!  Please note that the front visitor parking lot will not be available for student drop off or pick up.

New Office Hours are
8:00am - 4:15pm


Parent lunch visits will begin in September so as to allow our students time to practice cafeteria routines and procedures.

Dress Code Clarifications
Dress Code information can be found in the Code of Student Conduct or by clicking below for the Uniform Policy.

Uniform Policy 2017-2018

In addition to district shirt colors (navy blue or white) , CK8 students may wear Hunter Green or Gold shirts.

Friday Dress Code
:  In compliance with District policy, students are permitted to wear a CK8 sponsored spirit shirt on Fridays. 
Outerwear: District policy  allows for outer garments to be worn when necessary due to weather conditions, but must be of the appropriate size for the student. Inside the classroom, outer garments shall be removed, unzipped or left open to allow for the school uniform to be visible.

School Hours

8:55 AM to 3:40 PM,
Early dismissal every Wednesday
at 2:40 PM.
Students should not be on Campus prior to 8:25 AM unless reporting to a specific teacher for school work or for a before school activity.   

Visitors

All visitors to the campus must get a Visitor's Pass from the office before entering the student areas of the building.If you wish to speak with your child's teacher, please make an appointment before your visit.

Extended Day

Before and after school childcare for Grade K-5 students.Register at the school district offices on Bill Beck Blvd.,

P. E. Uniforms

P.E. uniforms are recommended for grades 6 - 8, and may only be purchased from the Celebration School P.E. department



  • Student Drop-Off/Pickup

    Supervision is available starting at 8:25 AM providing that your child can stand and wait for school to open. Gates close at 8:50 AM;  the Front Office Gate close at 8:55 AM. Students are to be in the classroom at 8:55 AM. The ideal arrival time is 8:40 AM.

  • Gym Loop: open for all grades
  • K-1st: Greenbrier Avenue bus loop
  • Campus Street Loop: K-2 students and Older siblings
  • Mulberry: 6-8th grades
  • Greenbrier Loop: this is a bus loop this year. Drop off is allowed when buses are not present.
Families with more than one student please drop-off at the youngest student's drop-off point.
Early pick-up is discouraged. Students will not be called from the classroom the last 1/2 hour of the student day.
