Los niños en hogares de acogida que están bajo la responsabilidad legal de una agencia de cuidado temporal o de un tribunal son elegibles para recibir comidas gratuitas. Cualquier niño en un hogar de acogida es elegible para comidas gratuitas, independientemente de los ingresos.
Los niños que cumplen con la definición de sin hogar, fugitivos o migrantes califican para recibir comidas gratuitas. Si no le han informado que sus hijos recibirán comidas gratuitas, llame o envíe un correo electrónico a la escuela de su hijo para verificar si califican.
